Noddly is operated by YFI Global. By using Noddly, you agree to these terms.
What Noddly provides
Noddly provides artwork approval infrastructure for print shops. Shop owners upload files, send approval links to clients, and receive timestamped approval or change request records.
Free tier
The free plan includes up to 10 proofs per month. Usage beyond this limit may require a paid plan when available.
Your responsibilities
Shop owners are responsible for the content they upload. You must not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You are responsible for how you use approval records in your business relationships.
Approval records
Approval records are provided as-is. Noddly records timestamps, IP addresses, and client responses to create a factual record of the approval process. However, Noddly does not guarantee the legal enforceability of these records in any jurisdiction. You should consult legal counsel if you need advice on enforceability.
Limitation of liability
Noddly is not liable for disputes between shop owners and their clients. The service provides a record of what happened — it does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or use Noddly for purposes other than its intended use.
Changes to the service
Noddly may change features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice. We may discontinue the service if necessary, with advance notice to active users.
Refund Policy
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription payment, you may request a full refund by contacting contact@yfi-global.com. After 48 hours, no refunds will be issued, but you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from use of Noddly shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
